From 8 cups: shipping costs € 6.90
< 8 cups: Shipping costs € 6.90 plus € 10.00 surcharge for small quantities.

Shipping costs for Switzerland:
From 16 cups € 22.90.
From 8 cups: shipping costs € 29,90
< 8 cups: shipping costs € 29.90 plus € 10.00 surcharge for small quantities.

 

Shipping information:
Shipping takes place in ecological insulating straw packaging with the addition of dry ice for active cooling with next-day delivery by DPD (Switzerland: UPS)
Since the effort for this is quite high, if you order less than 8 cups, we unfortunately have to pay 10Calculate small quantity surcharge.

Shipping Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
If you order before 10:00 a.m., we will send your ice cream the same day, it will then arrive the next day via DPD.
You can also choose a different delivery day in the shopping cart, up to several months in the future - ideal for birthdays and other events.

On the evening of the shipping day, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your package at any time. On the morning of delivery, you will see a time window of 2 hours under this link, within which the package will reach you.
Please make sure that someone is at home all day on the day of delivery.

Our recommendation to avoid having to wait at home:
You can also give the ice cream to one DPD parcel shopsend to you near you.You can get the closest onehere click to search, and then enter as the delivery address. Many of these parcel shops are open into the evening. So you can easily pick up the package in the evening and don't have to be on the lookout all day.

You can also have iceDate sent to your office.
