It all started in 2010 when Gunther conjured up a vegan raw food cake. Totally loved the amazing creamy filling of the cake, the ice cream lover was convinced that such a consistency must also be possible withvegan ice cream. All without refined sugar – but with sophisticated ideas and wholesome ingredients. He couldn't let this thought go and so he worked on the ideal recipe for a vegan ice cream.

#eisrein - Every ingredient is food. Nothing else.

We only use ingredients that you would eat on it's own – natural, minimally treated and processed, all vegan, all organic and most of them fair trade.

Our ice cream is rich in nutrients, minerals and vitamins. We use dates instead of sugar Cashews instead of milk Premium-Cocoa, ripe fruits, nuts, spices, herbs and seeds. Nothing else.

All of our 12 cup ice cream flavors already have the best Nutri-Score Rating “A”.
